The Propane Council of Texas (ProCOT) has extended the deadline for 2021 eligible propane appliance purchases. Rebate applications with qualifying receipt on eligible propane appliances dated between April 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021, are still being accepted and processed until March 1, 2022.
Whether you've built a new propane home in Texas last year after April 1, 2021, or you just upgraded your old appliance in 2021, this appliance rebate program may help offset the cost of that new propane appliance.
Propane appliance rebates amounts
• $300 propane water heater (2021)
• $300 propane furnace (2021).
• There is a $600 cap per Texas household or end-user business in 2021.
It’s easy. Texas consumers just need to contact their local participating propane provider to start the application process.
It’s a quick two-page application that requires a qualifying end-user proof of purchase (paid or zero balance invoice or receipt) and a propane safety inspection by your propane provider.

The rebate program is subject to change in 2022 including fund availability, rebate amounts, application, and other aspects of the program. The Council is not accepting rebate applications for 2022 purchases at this time.
